Posisi : Software Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed, comprehensive and structured test plans and test cases.
Establish and adhere to company quality assurance standards and procedures.
Perform functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and other relevant software tests.
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, report, track and resolve defects, and help improve product readiness for release.
Develop and maintain both manual and automated test scripts/tools to accelerate testing cycles.
Monitor and report on test progress, metrics, and quality issues; participate in improvement of QA processes and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
Experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in software quality assurance or similar role.
Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, executing tests, documenting results and defects.
Familiarity with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools.
Understanding of agile software development lifecycle (Agile / Scrum) and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, teamwork and communication skills.
As a Software Quality Assurance specialist, you will join our development team to ensure that our software products meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will design, execute, and manage testing activities across manual and automated processes, working closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders.
